Ian Hally

Ian Hally Partner

Ian co-founded GPP in 2018. He also founded and is the Chief Executive Officer of GreenPlace Assets. The company’s activities and purpose reflects his passion to integrate sustainability with astute real assets investing and advisory to deliver strong market‐based returns.


He has 25 years of real estate experience of investing in and managing many different types of real estate in Europe and Asia Pacific, across multiple cycles and through rapidly changing market environments. He has held senior executive positions in global real estate institutional investors and fund management groups such as Aviva Investors in Asia Pacific and Scottish Widows Investment Partnership in Europe.

Esme Lowe

Esme Lowe Partner

Esme co-founded GPP in 2018. Prior to co-founding and managing the Climate Property Fund in 2008, Esme was a Director of Capital Trust Limited (1996–2007), Founding Partner of Cap Real LLP (2003-2007) and Managing Director of Midroc Real Estate AB (1999-2006).



Esme has managed approximately £460 million in the UK, Sweden and France, amassing considerable experience in property investment and fund management since 1988. He has also sourced, negotiated and serviced >£329m of debt in 28 deals from twelve banks in the UK, Sweden and France. Esme is additionally a Trustee of the Lowther Estate Trust.

Mick Mannion

Mick Mannion Non-Executive Chairman

Mick is Non-Executive Chairman of and a co- founder of GPP. He has been involved professionally in property and construction for more than 40 years. He founded and is Chairman of several other successful businesses involved in London Property including Development Manager M3 Consulting and Contractor 8build.

In his career to date he is proud to be able to point to billions of pounds worth of landmark properties in which he or his businesses have played a pivotal role including dozens of office buildings (e.g. The Leadenhall Building and Broadgate), several thousand residential units and many new public spaces along with retail development, schools, university buildings, theatres, cultural and artistic venues.

Tim Mockett

Tim Mockett Partner

Tim co-founded GPP in 2018. Prior to co-founding and managing the Climate Change Property Fund since 2008, Tim was Property Director of Stow Securities plc and UK/European Property Manager for Matsushita Investment & Development Limited.



Tim has invested and traded over £1 billion of property and has worked in property investment & development since 1987. He has worked across multiple property and risk profiles, notably in Central London. He has also sourced, negotiated and serviced >£300m of debt in both corporate and external banking facilities in the UK, Italy and Australia.
